Aubrey
- Aubrey is located approximately 10 miles north of Highway 380 on 377. A quaint town awaits you with shopping and dining options, but yet you are only minutes away from the conveniences of the metroplex and less than an hour to D/FW Airport. You will find beautiful, high end equestrian properties, as well as nice residential neighborhoods, or acreage for building the home of your dreams.


Celina
- Celina, Texas is the Crown Jewel of Collin County. Celina was settled in the late 1800?s, and our Town Square still offers the charm that is used for festivals and town events that let you know Celina is a great place to live. Located 30 miles north of Dallas on SH 289 (Preston Rd), just on the other side of Prosper is the quaint, yet growing town of Celina. Full of rolling farmlands and livestock ranches, this town is also known for its successful high school sports teams. Come join the Bobcat winning tradition!


Crossroads
- Located 10 miles east of Denton is Crossroads. With its charming "Old Texas Country" architectural decor and no city property tax rate, you'll enjoy this community. Denton ISD and Aubrey ISD (north portion), take care of their education. A variety of restaurants are located here, along with growing assortment of businesses. The people who live in Cross Roads love living here for the country atmosphere, the bountiful trees and the close proximity to Lake Lewisville, Lake Ray Roberts, Denton, Dallas and Fort Worth.


Krugerville
- Krugerville sits just south of Aubreyon 377 and shares their school district. Made up mostly of residential housing, Denton sits just south for shopping. The town has developed many new housing additions and would be a convenient choice for families to find a home. Established in 1964 families today are still recognizing the beauty of the area, the community full of caring people and the peaceful rural setting. Maintaining the natural beauty and landscape is what separates the City Of Krugerville from many growing communities today.


Oak Point
Oak Point is located on the northwest side of scenic Lake Lewisville. The town of Oak Point has its own police department and volunteer fire protection. Also in Oak Point, you will find a public boat launch and a yacht club. There are many choices of neighborhoods when considering, Oak Point; however, Emerald Sound is a popular choice with beautiful rolling terrain, gorgeous treed lots, and lake views. Oak Point is close in relation to Denton and not a far drive to Dallas.


Pilot Point
- Pilot Point is located north of Aubrey on Highway 377 in the midst of Horse Country and serves as a gateway to beautiful Lake Ray Roberts with horse trails, state parks, marina, and boat launches. Pilot Point still has a small town feeling, but is just minutes from Denton, Frisco, and the 380 Corridor. You will find an old town square with antique shops and places of interest, retail shopping, and restaurants.


Prosper
- Located on Preston Road (SH289) about 6 miles north of Frisco. With home prices averaging between 150K and 2M, this town is true to its name. Made up mainly of residents, you are just a distance throw of an abundant shopping community. Prosper ISD is currently a 3A ranked school district. Prosper is a place where everyone matters.


Sanger
- Located 50 miles from both Dallas or Fort Worth, Sanger is located right of I35. Complete with a downtown square, which have many shops and restaurant establishments, you'll find plenty to do and to eat. The beautiful Isle Du Bois State Park overlooks Lake Ray Roberts, if you're an outdoor person, you'll never want to leave. With a strong financial tax base, the City of Sanger offers many services to the community including several financial institutes, churches of various denominations and a wide variety of retail outlets.


Tioga
- Home to the legendary Gene Autry, Tioga's history is full. Located about 30 miles northeast of Denton is this peaceful small town. Tioga ISD consists of grades K-8, while the neighboring town of Gunter, is where the children attend high school. Enjoy our lakes, camping, golf, shopping, restaurants, museums and of course the friendly people of Tioga.


Valley View
- Located halfway between Gainesville and Sanger sits Valley View. It is on the northwest side of Lake Ray Roberts. Valley View ISD is one of the few 2A ranked school districts in the area. It has the perfect setting of a small town community, close to the metroplex.


Whitesboro
- About 60 miles north of Dallas sits Whitesboro, which is also about 10 miles from the Oklahoma border and Lake Texoma. With many annual events scheduled, community centers and family parks, Whitesboro has a family oriented environment. The school district is currently ranked 3A.
